Refund & Returns Policy

 


Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment will incur a £10 cancellation fee.
Refunds for cancelled appointments (minus the £10 fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Returns for Products

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Exempt and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, in accordance with UK consumer law.
These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items such as honey or dates)

  • Health and personal care items (e.g. supplements, oils, shilajit, capsules)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Gift cards or digital/downloadable items

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted where:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • The product is not in its original condition or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • The return is made more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your card provider, as it may take some time for refunds to appear.

  3. Contact your bank.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, please email us at [insert your clinic email] before returning your item.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
